The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to benefit both employers and employees. Companies enter into an agreement with Family Service Society, Inc. for employee assistance services. The nature and extent of the services provided within the agreement are tailored to the specific needs of the company and its employees.

EAP services can help resolve personal situations that may affect an individual’s well being and/or job performance.

The Employee Assistance Program offers:

Comprehensive assessments identifying the variables effecting the employee and his/her work performance
Short-term counseling for the employee
Information and referral to community supports and resources
Consultation to managers to assist them in addressing employee issues
Training for both managers and employees on various work-related issues
Critical incident stress debriefing
Assistance during workforce changes/transitions
Consultation on implementing policies addressing workplace violence and a drug-free work environment
