Eligibility
Criteria: Families with minor children of all ages who reside in
Steuben County and are referred by Steuben County Department of Social
Services, Child Welfare
Program Description: Parenting education is provided in the homes of the families referred by Steuben
County Department of Social Services, Child Welfare. Services are
provided in the homes across Steuben County from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday
– Friday with additional scheduled evening hours. There is no cost to
participants. The service is funded by Steuben County Department of
Social Services and United Way of the Southern Tier.
